Jennifer Dutch serves as the National COO of Humble Design, a nonprofit that changes lives and communities by furnishing the homes of families and veterans emerging from homelessness. Jennifer has served Humble Design as an employee and a volunteer since 2017 and has led the national expansion from its Detroit based headquarters, to Chicago, Cleveland, San Diego, and Seattle. As the Chief Operations Officer she oversees the cities and their operations which are collectively responsible for fully furnishing 11-13 homes per week, engaging thousands of volunteers and managing the donation of over 2 millions pounds of furniture per year, making Humble Design a logistics company with heart

Prior to joining Humble Design, Jennifer worked in logistics and operations management in a variety of industries, including automotive, technology, wellness and nonprofit. From Fortune 500 corporations to small start-ups, she has implemented operational excellence during periods of change and exponential growth.

Jennifer was awarded the Esteemed Women of Michigan in 2021, and her Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University has complemented her degree from Michigan State University in Materials & Logistics Management. Her work with Humble Design has provided her an opportunity to blend her business experience with a high degree of empathy.
