Agency Partnerships & Referrals

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Humble Design. This form is intended for case managers and staff at shelters, service organizations, and community agencies interested in referring families for our services.

At this time, Humble Design provides furnishings and household items only through referrals from our community partner agencies and their case managers. We don’t have a direct application or sign-up process, so we are not able to schedule assistance directly through email or phone requests.

Due to high referral volume, we are not always able to onboard new partner agencies. All new agencies are required to complete an orientation before submitting referrals. If we are expanding partnerships in your area, a member of our team will reach out with next steps and additional information.
